What to Do Now
Getting saved is the first step of a lifelong journey with God. Here are six things to do next as you begin walking with Him.
1. Tell Somebody
Confess Christ openly. Tell a friend or family member, and reach out to our team — your testimony matters and it strengthens your decision.
2. Get Water Baptized
Water baptism is your public declaration that the old you died with Christ and the new you has risen with Him.
3. Seek the Baptism in the Holy Spirit
Ask God to fill you with the Holy Spirit and don't be afraid to pray in tongues — the promise is for you too (Acts 2:39).
4. Get Planted in a Local Church
You weren't meant to walk this out alone. Find a full gospel, Bible-believing church near you and get connected.
5. Read Your Bible Daily
Start with the Gospel of John. Faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God (Romans 10:17).
